Return of Product is acceptable if
- Product delivered is incorrect
- It is found to be defective or malfunctioning
Subjected to the above, when a Buyer has requested for a replacement of Product(s) and the supplier does not have a replacement the Product(s), in such cases the Supplier can agree to a refund to the Buyer and the Buyer shall be obligated to accept the refund in place of a replacement. A Buyer is deemed to have accepted the condition of the Product should a replacement request not be raised by him/her within 24 hours of delivery. A replacement will be carried out within 7 days’ time upon agreement of the replacement request subjected to availability of the Product at Hock Chuan Seng Pte Ltd.
Return of Product is not acceptable if It is found to be defective or malfunctioning
- Product has been tampered with
- Packaging or labelling is not in its original state
- Original receipt is not presented
- Product is not properly installed or used as per manufacturer’s guidelines/industry standards resulting in damage or malfunctioning
- Replacement request is not raised within 24 hours
- Product is ordered in excess
Shipping
The Buyer will bear the delivery charge for return (and replacement subjected to agreement) if the Product is eligible for return as per the return policies.
Refund of Product is not acceptable if
- Product has been tampered with
- Packaging or labelling is not in its original state
- Original receipt is not presented
- Product is not properly installed or used as per manufacturer’s guidelines/industry standards resulting in damage or malfunctioning
- Replacement request is not raised within 24 hours
- Product is ordered in excess
- Product has been stolen
Cancellation
Cancellation is not accepted under following circumstances
- Order is processed by Hock Chuan Seng Pte Ltd within 2 working days
- Once order arrives at Buyer’s requested delivery address regardless if there is written or verbal acknowledgement
- Arrival of order at Buyer’s requested delivery address within 4 hours of the requested time
- When there is up to 5% breakage for bricks, blocks, aggregates, and tiles
